Order Shipping

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping days depends on the specific product and quantity. However, generally, this is when you should expect to get your orders:

  • USA: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3-4 days of ordering.

International Shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order Never Arrived

If your order didn’t end up arriving, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us by filling out our contact form noting the subject of “Order Never Arrived” making sure to provide your order number. We will take care of everything and make sure you get your products ASAP.

Damaged Products

We are very determined to get you the highest quality products. But from time to time, we may not live up to even our own high expectations. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. In the unlikely event that you received a damaged or obviously faulty product, please let us know within 14 days after you receive your order. After verifying some information and understanding where we failed, we will either issue you a store credit or send you the product the way it was intended. To proceed with a claim, please contact us by filling out our contact form making sure to select the topic of “Damaged or Faulty Product” including your order number. We’ll be in touch with you regarding next steps.

Size Exchanges

Did you order an item that doesn’t fit? If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. 
Send it back to us unworn with original tags within 14 days after receiving your order and we will send you the new size you request. Please note that the only items that qualify for size exchanges are clothing and hats. Contact us by filling out our contact form with the subject of “Size Exchanges” with your order number to kick off the process. We will get back to you with next steps.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore We reserves rights to refuse returns at our discretion.
